Overall good value. Rang bell because I needed help. Person answered telephonically and was helpful. One thing I noticed was, the actual entrance door differs from what appears to be main door. When you reach actual entrance door (downstairs), there is a sudden step down. I think warning signage is required for vulnerable people ?

We made a very last minute booking late at night, but this was no problem. The room and facilities were good value for money. Everything was also clean and felt well-kept.
