Overall good value. Rang bell because I needed help. Person answered telephonically and was helpful. One thing I noticed was, the actual entrance door differs from what appears to be main door. When you reach actual entrance door (downstairs), there is a sudden step down. I think warning signage is required for vulnerable people ?

clean bedroom and bathroom wifi, tv kitchen with all you need to cook smth fast (fridge, oven, coffee machine, salt pepper sugar)

the owner is very friendly and the property is easily accessible
